It\u2019s a uniquely Filipino tradition rooted in bayanihan, the spirit of communal unity, where teachers, parents, students, and local volunteers work together to create better learning environments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This year, OP360 brought that spirit to life at Inayawan Night High School on June 11 and Estaca Integrated School on June 13, led by volunteers from our Communications &amp; Marketing and People &amp; Culture (Organizational Effectiveness and Development) teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Our Contributions<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Across both sites, OP360 team members contributed to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Deep cleaning classrooms and school grounds<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Painting school office buildings and rooftops<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Revitalizing the nursery and garden areas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enhancing spaces to create a welcoming start for students and staff<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>This initiative is part of OP360 Cares, our broader commitment to education and community development. Since 2021, OP360 has invested over&nbsp;<strong>USD 118,000<\/strong>&nbsp;in educational support through our&nbsp;<strong>Adopt-a-School Program<\/strong>, benefiting nine schools across the Philippines and Colombia with facility upgrades, solar installations, and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Why This Matters<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>At OP360, real impact starts with showing up.
